Westgate Office Park was a project that was created in 1994 with Joe Matta, Dr. Mark Stamm and Dr. John Carey. It is comprised of four professional office buildings with 43,000 square feet of Class A office space on the corner of Hatfield Lane and Route 17A in Goshen, NY. Masterwork Home is responsible for the design, site development, construction, and property management of the office park.

Eastgate Corporate Park
Eastgate Corporate Park is the sister project to Westgate Office Park that began in 1999. This development includes seven buildings with just over 83,000 square feet of Class A office space, just off of Route 17A on Coates Drive in Goshen, NY. Masterwork Home is responsible for the design, site development, construction and property management of the corporate park.

Blackburne Farm
The trio has teamed up again to develop land that belonged to Ottaway Newspapers in Campbell Hall, NY to create a lifestyle community for active adults in Orange County. Joe is also now the proud owner of the 12,000 square foot former Ottaway Corporate Headquarters that sits directly in front of Blackburne Farm. Masterwork Home moved their offices there in December 2009. The remaining 9,000 square feet is to be developed into residential units in conjunction with the Blackburne Farm community.
